I’m Maria and this is Rascal Bread, my attempt to share joy and build community through the simple power of bread. Every loaf is made by hand with local grains, a sourdough culture, a nice long fermentation, and a lot of love.

To get a loaf or few, order on Mondays and pickup on Wednesdays at my home on the north end of Mercer Island.
